NaVloPoMo-a-GoGo Three: Gimme drugs.

November 3, 2007 | Filed under: NaVloPloMo 2007

Head slowly filling with phlegm, throat closing a millimeter a minute. Breathing labored. Much sneezing. Feeling oogy.

Very much want to streamline this whole NaVloPoMo posting process. Hard to do with 12 hour shifts, though.

Just noticed that I have all these damn categories and no actual “Categories” page. No idea how that happened.

Just another thing to add to the list.

(katchooo!)

I’m sending a food parcel as we speak: honey, tea, orange juice and Green and Blacks Organic chocolate (my favourite and absolutely lethal). The parachute should be dropping soon. Listen out for the thud. Oh and get well soon…

Oh, poor MissB with the sniffly nose & sore throat. I am fighting getting a cold too. My throat hurts - feeling like someone has scraped around back there with something much to rough-edged. So I’m in complete empathy for you. Let’s fight it off together. No Cold for You!!

Off to take vitamins, echinacea & goldenseal, and drink a BUNCH of fluids - after I wake up with coffee of course.

I had what you had in late September early October. Cyber hugs kid. Take everything mentioned above and don’t worry about making bugger videos.

    Day 3 is done!

My wife is just getting over a nasty cold. I however…I am impervious to all those icky germs!

    Just kidding… get well soon!

Illness sucks. I was just ill (hence the heavy breathing on my recent vids) and I have to say that a couple of days off work with a handful of silly videos (Moulin Rouge… just don’t go near Marie Antoinette) works a treat. You need sumptuous interior design and lavish costumes when you are snot-filled I have discovered.

But being exhausted after coming home from work is an EXCELLENT theme for 30 days of video. It’s pretty close to a universal human condition!

I guess I never really thought of colds being all that bad, but I never get sick. Come to think of it, my family hardly ever has anyone thats sick. Downside? I never have a good excuse to miss work or school.

Hope you’re better soon! I was sick last week and am coming out of it (I think), but now my boy has it, which is worse. Get well.

Good ending. How much Robitussin did you have to take before you realised they’ve taken out the dextromethorphan? Bastards. Where’s the fun in getting a cold if you can’t get ‘tussed up.
