Uploading issues. As in “I can’t”. Something is screwy with Time Warner Cable’s Road Runner service in my immediate area and the upstream speeds have been crippled. Supposedly this was fixed two weeks ago, but I have yet to see any improvement.

I’m headed upstate today and may have better luck with the rinky dink cable/phone monopoly up there.
