I watched again so I could read the no parking sign. Yeah, right, they clean the street twice a week? But now I need to know what it has to do with the Alternate Side of the street? Do they "sweep" alternate sides of the street during the week? There was something like that in Chicago, but, not having a car, its mysteries remained unknown to me. :D The video is hilarious, as ever. Oh! okay.
