Hahahaha...

But I do have a soft spot for dandelions or dent de lion (lion's tooth) as the French would say. I love them in a wild landscape. And although you can never pick them and put them in a vase (the flower head closes up), they do have their 'medicinal' uses. The leaves are high in vitamins A and C, and when young are great in salads (when I lived in Scotland years ago, we used to occasionally eat them!). And I used to know someone who made a delicious country wine using the florets. And of course, the roots can be dried and ground for used as a coffee substitute. I shall shut up now.

we used to sing a song, and "flip" off the head of dandylions...it goes like this...."mary had a baby and it's head poped off!" (that would be the point when we would pop off the head of the dandylion with our thumb....) Ah....youth.....

I hate those thing! When you get finished killing them, stop by my new NP site and give some feedback. It's an early work in progress. Love the videos! I'm not so adventurous but wish I was..
