HI, I fianlly watched this one. You know, I saw the TV broadcast thign for like one minute, and chaged the channel instantly. But now I can say that without being in New York that day, at least I got to see it a a new yorker sees it.

Now, my hats off for getting up so early. And with that cold, amazing to see that it really has to be pretty espectacular so people show up 2-3 hours in advance with that temperature.

(I think FireANT is now working properlly.)
(And I laugh every time I remember about your subway night... that was soooo funny... jejejee)

From what I can tell, Blogger uses atom feeds which won’t parse in FireAnt. The good ol’ feedburner feed will, though, so hit the feedburner botton on my botton list! It works in mine!

That really was surprisingly interesting–I’m used to seeing it from the broadcasters’ vantage point–it was kind of cool seeing it from the viewpoint of someone on the street!

You’re right, it does definitely look better when you’re actually there than on TV. Glad you’re able to post the video! And I’m glad I could watch the video and not have to stand in 30 degree weather … brrrrr….
