Fantastic website and thanks for the details. It appears to be pretty tough to find the world cup shirts in the US. Most stores don’t have them. The web seem to be a fantastic location to be a aquire world cup shirt.

I feel silly when I join a comment string late, but hey, I just got here (kept seeing your comments on other vlogs and thought I’d check you out).

It’s such a shame what’s happening around New Orleans. It’s one of my favourite cities in the US.

Given the importance of the port for cargo and cruise ships, you’d think there would be more progress in restoring all communities (lower waged people have been integral to that economy – at least help them by restoring their neighbourhoods!).

It’s been a few years since I’ve been back, but my motto is “New Orleans in 2007”. If we flood the place with tourist dollars, hopefully some will trickle down.

Ah, the decision is final. You told me at VloggerCon, and like then, I totally support you. I mean, not that you need my support, etc, but having just made a decision somewhat like yours about whether to say or move across the country (video about mine soon too!), I might be able to relate a little and think sometimes, staying seems like giving up but moving could mean losing so much more. I hope this is for the best and am happy that maybe you’ll still be close enough for a cup of coffee next time I’m in NYC!

Oh, MissB; This must have been such a hard decision for you both. It sounds to me like a very wise one, though…I haven’t watched the video yet, but will be back. Does this mean youa re going to stay in NYC?…and thanks for informing us of the situation in New Orleans. The mass media has abandoned it. I will read more…so sad, so frightening.

It certainly is harsh down there now. New Orleans is going to give Detroit a run for its money this year with all the violence and other crime. Sorry you can’t go down there now. That really sucks.

Missb–you had me at the giant flying cockroach, a few weeks back. What’s a triangle of death OR a roving band of hoologans next to a giant flying cockroach?!? I am (selfishly) glad you’ll be almost a neighbor again.

(I’d say we should send Giuliani down to NOLA to sort things out?, but folks down there have been through way too much already.)
