I am in agreement with Brittany that eloping is the way to go. I was best man at my friends wedding. Yeah all the planning, traveling, family issues, stress etc etc etc. Elope…just do it!

So does whistling actually get a gator’s attention?

Congrats on the pending wedding! Just did the marriage thing myself on the 14th and it was awesome! (Was? It still is!)

I love alligators - they taste good and are dinosaur-esque. You should’ve brought a few babies home to put in the sewers in NYC. Folks love that sort of thing up there!

Man, my fiancée would have killed to have seen that. She bugs me on every trip down to see my folks in Florida, “where are all the gators?” She keeps a semi-constant vigil on the side of the road as we’re driving too.

The one gator we finally did see was unfortunately hit by a car on the FL turnpike so I didn’t wake her for that, too sad.

B……I just love your boyfriend/fiancee….My wife is sitting here correcting me by saying once you are a “fiancee” you are no longer a boyfriend….I did not know that.. anyway…he is just so cool….whistling for the alligator…..classic, just classic of course I would have done the same thing or probably thrown something at it..
